We invite you to the New Space Conference, Donga Science and Starburst Aerospace are holding the New Space Korea Conference jointly, a global aerospace/defense startup accelerator, and Space Mafia, Korea space startup group, at KAOS Hall, 3F_Blue Square, Seoul, Korea, November 12-13, 2020.
Ever since the Korea Space Forum which we organized launching last year, our goal has been to continue expanding interest in the space industry as well as discuss the direction of international cooperation with the privately-driven industrial ecosystem. A private initiative was organized separately this year to meet the new trends in the space industry called New Space.
This year’s event focuses on the space Internet industry, the Asia-Pacific regional model and the Civil-military cooperative space development model, and changes in the topography of the space industry after COVID-19 with representatives from the world’s aerospace industry, startup, traditional, academic, and public sectors.
This year, the event will be held in conjunction with the launch of Starburst Aerospace’s Korea office. With COVID-19, Korea and the world faced difficult conditions, but we prepared the event with Korean space startups with high potential for the space age.
Cooperation between the space industry and the public sector is becoming increasingly significant as the space age approaches. The cooperation models between large enterprises, startups and ventures are attracting attention, and the public sector is gradually fighting with disasters such as COVID-19, earthquakes, and typhoons through cooperation with the private sector.
We are also confident that the new space business model in which everyone is involved will bring new opportunities and challenges to traditional manufacturers and IT companies.
We hope this event will inspire entrepreneurs, investors, engineers, scientists and policy makers. By sponsoring this event, we promise to use the blueprints of the future industry together and to provide a valuable platform to present new perspectives to young engineers.

What is Space 4.0?
